BRGY.CUTCOT HOME PAGE is a website that I build for Barangay Cutcot of Pulilan, Bulacan. This is an old extension project of Computer Engineering Department of Bulacan State University but due to the lack of programmers they didn't update the website and task me to build a new website for Barangay Cutcot to use it for the Accreditation of Computer Engineering Department of Bulacan State University.
